Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fraud investigations including Account Takeovers, Identity Theft.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Mentoring junior fraud investigators and agents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investigations on accounts flagged for fraud across payment methods.
• Handle inbound calls from users with fraud restrictions and complete cases.
• Use critical thinking to identify emerging fraud.
• Document rationale and determination for each alert and coordinate with other teams.
