Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a Fraud Recovery Investigator to support recovery and investigative efforts within Digital Payment Services/Risk Operations. You will handle fraud case management, Zelle research, and collaboration with clients and financial institutions on fraud claims.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office; 1+ year in fraud or financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in financial services or fraud investigations.
• Experience with ACH operations or electronic payments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3+ years in payments/financial services.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and recover fraudulently transferred funds.
• Document investigative actions.
• Identify unusual transaction behavior patterns.
• Assist with other fraud & risk tasks as needed.
