CGS is seeking an Auditor to provide general auditing and accounting services supporting fraud investigations involving complex financial transactions and organizations. The role requires developing audit guidelines, coordinating investigations, and communicating across functions to uncover evidence.

The ideal candidate will analyze data, draft reports, and assist with witness interviews, using diverse accounting systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or higher in statistical/data analysis, finance, accounting, fraud examination, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in finance, accounting, fraud examination or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation.
• Experience reviewing medical records and knowledge of medical billing procedures (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Audit a variety of accounting systems and data during investigations.
• Analyze, organize and present large volumes of data such as bank records and healthcare claims.
• Prepare concise reports with detailed charts, summaries, and schedules.
• Assist with conferences and interviews of witnesses and financial institutions.
• Develop, coordinate and issue draft technical audit guidelines for financial audits.
• Coordinate secure storage, preservation, and indexing of voluminous evidence.
