Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Fraud Detections Representative on site in Charlotte, NC. You will review and analyze cases to prevent fraud, working via phone or email to protect clients and their customers.

You’ll monitor transactions, identify risks, document actions for audits, and collaborate with teams to improve fraud prevention.

We offer base pay $21/hour plus bonuses and a supportive culture with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year or more of fraud or investigations experience.
• Strong understanding of the customer service experience.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze cases to prevent and detect fraud.
• Resolve issues and protect the client and customers via phone or email.
• Provide white glove support to customers.
• Document actions timely for audit/compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
