TTEC is seeking a Fraud Detections Representative to work onsite in Charlotte, NC. You will review and analyze cases to detect and prevent fraud, communicating with customers by phone or email to provide peace of mind and protect assets.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, and collaboration across teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies. You will report to a Team Lead and join a global, service-driven organization that values growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more of fraud or investigations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze cases to prevent and detect fraud.
• Resolve issues and protect client and customer interests by phone or email.
• Identify risk and prevent loss from fraud reports and referrals.
• Track and document actions for audit and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fraud prevention strategies.
