Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the fraud data platform and drive cross-functional delivery from Charlotte, NC. You will align business goals with data needs, define user stories, and guide the roadmap with fraud, data, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, ownership, data products, or related domains.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through production support.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a fraud data platform.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, data needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead intake, discovery, and prioritization across new capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Partner with Fraud, Product, Data, Tech, Architecture, Analytics, Risk, and Compliance to deliver capabilities.
• Advance data quality, lineage, governance, and access for detection and investigations.
• Manage dependencies, risks, testing, release readiness, and adoption with clear path to target.
• Establish success metrics and use data to show fraud risk and customer experience improvements.
• Communicate strategy and progress clearly to senior leaders and delivery teams.
