Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Global Financial Crimes data platforms. You will own the product roadmap, deliver enhancements, and manage risks across scalable data warehouses and data lakes-driven solutions.

You will lead large agile teams, document requirements, and partner with business users and technology partners to design robust data products for analytics, detection models, and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical platform strategy for analytics, detection, and investigations.
• Maintains and refines the product roadmap to maximize value.
• Executes with agile methods and clear backlog prioritization.
• Documents actionable technical requirements for complex projects.
• Analyzes data and synthesizes insights to identify strategic improvements.
• Communicates with stakeholders to gain buy-in on roadmap and risks.
• Acts as SME to guide decisions and drive innovation in data platforms.
• Owns end-to-end risk management for the product and remediation.
