Job summary

You will own the roadmap, manage data platforms, and guide agile teams to deliver scalable data warehouses, lakes, and products supporting anti-money laundering and fraud controls.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and hands-on leadership in delivering high-impact data solutions within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and/or risk technology.
• Experience with SDLC and scalable Agile frameworks.
• Experience with data warehouses and data lakes.
• Knowledge of model lifecycle management including deployment, validation, and monitoring.
• Experience with data engineering and big data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques.
• Proficiency with SQL or PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical platform strategy for analytics data and detection models.
• Maintains the product roadmap to maximize value.
• Executes using agile methodology with backlog prioritization.
• Gathers and documents actionable technical requirements for complex projects.
• Analyzes data to identify strategic improvements.
• Communicates roadmap risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Owns end-to-end risk management for the product.
• Acts as SME for data platforms to align business and tech teams.
