Job summary

Ally Financial in Charlotte, NC seeks a Manager, Invest Fraud Strategy & Operations to lead brokerage fraud investigations and help shape the program's policy and controls across Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product.

You will drive improvements in detection, investigations, and customer outcomes while coaching teams and ensuring regulatory reporting readiness; a hybrid schedule and strong Total Rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brokerage operations, fraud operations, investigations, or risk management.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and BSA awareness.
• Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Invest Fraud operations and provide SME insights.
• Oversee day-to-day investigations of fraud events in Ally Invest.
• Collaborate across Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product, and Brokerage teams.
• Drive improvements to fraud controls, investigative practices, and customer outcomes.
• Develop and coach department staff; manage scheduling and performance.
