Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Manager of Product Management for Enterprise Data & AI Platforms in Charlotte. You will define and deliver the GenAI/ML platform strategy, drive multi-quarter roadmaps, and own developer-facing capabilities including gateways, templates, and registries.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, FinOps, and governance to balance cost, performance, and risk while delivering measurable business outcomes and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree and 7+ years in product management or ML/AI engineering.
• Experience owning developer-facing, platform or PaaS products at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on ML/GenAI background with production experience and cost/perf considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and publish a rolling multi-quarter GenAI/ML platform roadmap.
• Own SLA contracts, versioning, deprecation policies for platform products.
• Partner with FinOps, EA, and governance to manage cost, risk, and reliability.
