Total Quality Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented Cargo Security professional to support the sales floor by performing risk assessments, audits, and investigations. You will review high-risk scenarios and collaborate with internal teams to prevent fraud and theft while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related professional experience.
• At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits.
• Manage carrier’s loading status through risk assessments.
• Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers, or external parties.
• Document review findings in TQL’s proprietary tracking system.
• Communicate internally and externally on investigations.
• Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities.
• Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention, and cargo risk management.

About the Role:

The Cargo Security team has the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of TQL when it comes to evaluating high risk scenarios/fraud & theft prevention. As a member you will be responsible for supporting the sales floor by providing issue resolution, risk management, and excellent customer service. If you excel at problem solving and critical thinking.
