Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Cargo Security Associate in Cincinnati, OH to support our internal Sales teams and carrier base by handling inbound calls and emails with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with Sales to review and approve requests while ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems.

You will resolve carrier status issues, coordinate with insurance providers on coverage limits, and maintain thorough records of all interactions.
