Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Sales Quality auditor to review compliance and professionalism audits and document findings. You will develop presentations outlining required actions and potential impact for employees and managers, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-energy environment at our Cincinnati location.

Qualifications

• Auditing experience preferred.
• Experience in a sales/fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete TQL compliance and professionalism audits.
• Document audit findings in TQL’s compliance tracking system.

About the role:This position supports TQL’s operations by completing, reporting on and improving TQL’s professionalism, accounting and load management audits. This position reviews employee communications and system interactions to ensure they comply with all applicable TQL policies and procedures.
