The role involves overseeing investigations, guiding staff, coordinating responses to significant fraud events, and maintaining policies to mitigate risk while supporting regulatory and audit activities. Remote-work option may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with preference for banking/financial services.
• Minimum 5 years in fraud, financial crimes, or loss prevention with leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of fraud schemes in financial institutions.
• Experience with BSA/AML and suspicious activity reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fraud investigations, alerts, referrals, and related incidents.
• Prioritize team workloads based on risk and potential loss.
• Review complex fraud cases and provide investigative guidance.
• Coordinate response efforts and analyze trends to mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop Fraud Analytics staff and manage performance.
• Maintain fraud policies, controls, and reporting standards.
• Partner with business lines to strengthen prevention and compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with industry laws and company policies.
