Drybar Franklin is seeking Sales Associates who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will be the face of the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring smooth shop flow and a high level of service.

As a frontline team member, you will greet clients, manage appointments, handle payments and tips, and contribute to a vibrant, professional atmosphere while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Client Experience & Front Desk Operations: Greet and check in/out clients using Booker; manage client profiles; handle payments, tips, and commissions.
• Shop Flow & Team Support: Pair clients with stylists; maintain smooth daily operations; serve beverages; communicate with team.
• Sales & Product Knowledge: Recommend and sell products, tools, memberships; restock displays; assist merchandising.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain shop cleanliness; complete side work; follow opening/closing duties.
• Training & Culture: Help onboard/training; contribute to positive team culture; attend meetings and uphold core values.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic Sales Associates who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Bartender at Drybar Franklin, you're the face of the client experience—from check-in to check-out. You ensure smooth shop flow, follow Bartender Non-Negotiables, and support daily operations and sales. You play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a fun, efficient, and professional atmosphere.

WE ARE SEEKING MONDAY/TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY/FRIDAY MORNING SHIFT RECEPTIONISTS (6:45AM-2:00PM)

  • Support shop management in maintaining smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment(e.g., retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa)
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure
• Must be able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift
• A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Technically savvy and comfortable with front desk operations
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
