Job summary

Drybar Shops in Richmond, Virginia is seeking friendly, high-energy Sales Associates who love creating exceptional client experiences. You’ll welcome guests, explain services, and help shoppers choose products while maintaining a fast-paced, positive atmosphere. Earn $14–$16 per hour plus commission.

Benefits include free monthly blowouts, employee discounts, and opportunities for training and growth. Shifts available: Tue/Wed 1pm–7pm or Tue–Sat 1pm–7pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales
• 21+ and Virginia ABC Manager eligible
• POS experience preferred
• Positive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive sales at the checkout
• Process transactions accurately using POS system
• Upsell services and products
