Job summary

Drybar Shops is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate to welcome clients, check them in, book appointments and keep the shop running smoothly. You’ll talk about products, memberships and services, helping clients find items they’ll love while supporting stylists and team members.

Excellent communication, a positive attitude and comfort with sales and commission are a plus. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role with set schedules and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the first hello and the last goodbye for our clients. You'll:

• Welcome clients and get them checked in for their appointments

• Help clients find products they'll genuinely love
• Support the stylists and your fellow team members
• Help create the upbeat, welcoming experience Drybar is known for
