Job summary

Drybar Prosper is hiring Sales Associates/Bartenders to deliver outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced, bar-like shop. You will handle front desk duties, process payments and memberships, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient atmosphere.

Shifts run evenings and weekends with 6:45am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–8:00pm, offering a competitive hourly rate plus commissions on product sales, plus free blowouts midweek and employee discounts. Join a fun team and grow with Drybar’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours per shift.
• Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Technically savvy and comfortable with front desk operations.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

As a Bartender at Drybar Prosper, you're the face of the client experience—from check-in to check-out. You ensure smooth shop flow, follow Bartender Non-Negotiables, and support daily operations and sales. You play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a fun, efficient, and professional atmosphere.

Must have evening and weekend availability. Shifts are from 6:45am - 2:00pm or 2:00pm - 8:00pm.

  What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment(e.g., retail, front desk, hospitality, or salon/spa)
