• Experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to translate business priorities to franchisees and restaurants, shaping communications strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchisee and restaurant communications strategy and content creation across channels.
• Manage events, including franchise conventions and regional meetings; develop scripts and materials for senior leadership.
• Oversee crisis and issue communications, advisory on best channels and approaches, and participate in cross-functional response teams.
