The role translates business strategy into compelling narratives, guides leaders through crises, and ensures alignment across Popeyes’ U.S. and Canada operations and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive communications experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives and developing executive communications.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading public relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Advise Popeyes President and LT on messaging and priorities.
• Develop executive communications for high-profile moments and events.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations to align earnings messaging with strategy.
• Provide crisis communications guidance with legal and operations partners.
• Lead communications for Popeyes franchisees and 4,000 restaurants in the US/Canada.
• Lead internal communications to engage employees and reinforce culture.
• Drive proactive storytelling and thought leadership with external partners.
• Manage budgets, agencies, and measure communications effectiveness.
