Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Manager to drive operational excellence by equipping franchisees and above-restaurant leadership with training systems and brand standards.

You will partner with training development, technology and restaurant experience teams to evolve content and ensure effective onboarding for new openings. This role emphasizes delivering leadership development, guiding franchise networks through virtual and in-person sessions, traveling up to 75%, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in training, operations, or leadership roles within restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage leadership teams.
• Proven ability to deliver training programs that drive leadership performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; LMS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand training initiatives for consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Consult with field leadership and leverage data-driven insights to improve training impact.
• Assess training systems during business reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver leadership development training to franchise networks via virtual and in-person sessions.
• Support franchisees in achieving brand standards and best practices; enable talent development.
• Develop engagement programs to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives and projects.
• Manage training-related administrative duties and content evolution with the Inspire Brands teams.
