Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Field Training Manager in Bellevue, WA to drive operational excellence by equipping franchise leadership with the knowledge and tools to implement and sustain training programs aligned with brand standards.

You will collaborate with training development teams and franchise partners to evolve content, deliver leadership development, and ensure guest experience improvements across assigned networks. A high travel expectation (up to 75%) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field OR 3+ years of experience in training, operations, or leadership roles within restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• Experience delivering leadership development programs and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement key brand training initiatives to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Develop strategic partnerships and provide consultation with field leadership using data-driven insights to improve training impact.
• Support franchise business reviews by assessing training systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver leadership development training to franchise networks through virtual and in-person experiences.
• Support franchisees in driving operational excellence by providing guidance, resources, and training to ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Partner with franchisees to develop engagement programs that foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Build strategic partnerships with franchisees to align training strategies with operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and operational initiatives.
