Job summary

Inspire, a multi-brand restaurant company, is seeking a Field Training Manager to drive operational excellence by equipping franchise leadership with training systems and brand standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve content and programs for consistent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include implementing brand training initiatives, delivering leadership development, and partnering with franchisees to align training with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in training, operations, or leadership within hospitality/retail.
• Experience in restaurant/hospitality training.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand training initiatives to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Provide consultation with field leadership using data-driven insights to improve training impact.
• Assess training systems and opportunities for improvement in franchise networks.
• Deliver leadership development training virtually and in person.
• Support franchisees in adhering to brand standards and best practices.
• Develop engagement programs with franchisees to foster learning and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support training initiatives.
