Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement brand training initiatives for consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Develop partnerships with field leadership and use data-driven insights to improve training impact.
• Support franchise reviews by assessing training systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver leadership development training virtually and in person across franchise networks.
• Support franchisees in adhering to brand standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop engagement programs fostering learning and continuous improvement.
• Build strategic partnerships to align training strategies with operational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support training and development initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of position requirements.
