Job summary

WellBiz Brands, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, seeks a Manager, Franchise Tech Systems to lead day-to-day support and operation of franchisee-facing business systems across its multi-brand environment. You will own complex issues, drive improvements, and ensure accurate execution of pricing updates and configurations.

You will manage a team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and advance scalable, standardized processes across locations and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting business systems in a franchise or multi-unit environment.
• Experience with appointment-based POS platforms (Mindbody and/or Booker) preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring others; prior people management experience preferred.
• Ability to own complex systems and resolve ambiguous issues independently.
• Strong troubleshooting, workflow improvement, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists supporting franchise tech systems.
• Own end-to-end support operations for Mindbody, Booker, and related systems.
• Escalate and drive resolution for complex issues with internal and vendor teams.
• Ensure timely execution of pricing updates, configurations, and data changes.
• Oversee NSO, transfer, and closure processes across locations.
• Establish standards for ticket handling, escalation, and resolution quality.
• Drive root-cause analysis to reduce recurring support volume.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Brand teams on initiatives.
• Develop documentation and training materials; enablement resources.
