Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. in Denver, Colorado seeks a Manager, Franchise Tech Systems to lead day-to-day support for franchisee-facing business systems across Mindbody and Booker. You will own resolution of complex issues, guide a hands-on team, and drive scalable, accurate system changes in a fast-paced multi-brand environment.

The role emphasizes strong judgment, system expertise, and collaboration with vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting business systems in a franchise or multi-unit environment.
• Experience with appointment-based POS platforms Mindbody and/or Booker.
• Experience leading or mentoring others; prior people management preferred.
• Ability to own complex systems and resolve ambiguous issues independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends to support franchise hours across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Specialists supporting franchise tech systems.
• Own end-to-end support operations for Mindbody, Booker, and related systems.
• Manage onboarding and performance for direct reports.
• Set expectations for quality, ownership, and accountability.
• Ensure coverage and workload distribution across support and projects.
• Drive process improvements to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain system standards and training materials.
• Document workflows and enable self-service for franchisees.
