Job summary

WellBiz Brands is seeking a Manager, Franchise Tech Systems to lead day-to-day support for franchise-facing business systems across multiple brands. You will own Mindbody/Booker platforms, manage escalation, and drive improvements at scale.

The role combines hands-on system ownership with people leadership, requiring strong judgment and deep platform knowledge to ensure accurate, timely execution of system-related work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting business systems in a multi-unit environment.
• Experience with Mindbody and/or Booker POS platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to own complex systems and resolve issues independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-workstream prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the franchise tech systems support team and on-call escalation.
• Own end-to-end support for Mindbody, Booker, and related systems.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and outages.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system initiatives.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures.
