Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. in Denver, CO seeks a Manager of Operations for Elements Massage to provide operational support, business coaching, and performance improvement to franchise owners.

You will partner with the Director of Operations and Support Center to drive growth, ensure brand standards, and coach owners on day-to-day operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience supporting franchisees or in field operations.
• Multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Experience with wellness/franchise brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate studio brand priorities and initiatives to franchise owners.
• Lead regional meetings and train owners/managers on new tools and best practices.
• Coach a portfolio of 5–15 franchise owners to improve revenue and operations.
• Review business, financial, operational, and feedback metrics with owners and develop action plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews and follow up to drive accountability and results.
• Forecast, analyze metrics, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
