Location: Remote role with minimal (5-10%) travel required

Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between sales strategy and practical implementation. Their primary goal is to empower sales representatives by providing tools, knowledge, and streamlined processes related to the effective use of Salesforce. The specialist will offer recommendations to improve internal sales processes, analyze reporting metrics, support strategic initiatives, and interact directly with the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Salesforce CRM training and develop content for ongoing learning
  • Create and maintain training/reference materials to ensure smooth Salesforce adoption
  • Collaborate with Sales SLT and Operations to identify process bottlenecks and improve the Salesforce sales cycle
  • Implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency through Salesforce automation and workflows
  • Gather user feedback to drive process improvements via workshops
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide sales insights and identify performance opportunities
  • Monitor Salesforce adoption, pipeline, and productivity metrics
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, supporting the sales team
  • Assist in customizing Salesforce features, reports, views, and dashboards
  • Coordinate with leadership and shared services on sales initiatives, processes, and system rollouts
  • Support the dashCRM platform and internal sales processes from application submission to reporting
  • Support additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Certified with strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or enablement, preferably in real estate or tech
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) and PowerAutomate, SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable with strong time management
  • Attention to detail and professional attitude, with sensitivity to confidential information
  • Data analysis skills are a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Strategic thinking beyond immediate tasks
