Job summary

Rhino 7 Franchise Sales and Development in Cary, North Carolina is seeking a full-time franchise sales professional to guide candidates from first contact through to signing a franchise agreement. You will work our system and broker network, building relationships with brokers, consultants and coaches, while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Occasional travel for discovery days and brand launches is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years selling franchises.
• Knowledge of the franchise broker world and how those relationships actually run.
• Strong computer skills and genuine CRM experience. Salesforce preferred.
• Comfortable living in Microsoft Teams every day.
• A home office already set up and working.
• Willingness to follow a system. We have one, it works, and we are not looking to rebuild it.
• Full-time and exclusive. No other brands, no side book of business.
• A team player attitude. On a team this size, everyone notices how you work with people.
• No degree required. We care about the three years.

Responsibilities

• Take franchise candidates through the Rhino 7 Franchise Sales System, start to finish.
• Build and hold relationships with franchise brokers, consultants and coaches — that network drives a large share of our deal flow
• Keep every candidate, call and next step accurate in Salesforce
• Represent our franchisor clients well, on video and in person
• Travel occasionally for discovery days, brand launches and industry events
