Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on restaurant operations experience in QSR or related field.
• Experience leading restaurant teams across multiple roles and levels.
• Strong 4-wall operations knowledge including food execution, labor, service and safety.
• Proven ability to coach and develop restaurant leaders through field presence.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Ability to build credible relationships with franchisees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a 4-wall restaurant operations expert, partnering with franchisees and restaurant leadership teams to improve in-restaurant execution, consistency, and performance.
• Drive improvement in key operational metrics by coaching restaurant leaders and above-restaurant teams on processes and execution fundamentals.
• Provide hands-on, in-restaurant coaching focused on quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team execution.
• Lead or support workshops, bootcamps, and training sessions to build operational capability and accountability.
• Uphold brand standards by identifying gaps and advising on corrective actions.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance inside the restaurant walls.
• Develop clear improvement plans with franchisees and restaurant leaders; ensure follow-up with FOP for sustained execution.
• Support rollout of new initiatives by building franchisee buy-in and providing on-the-ground support.
• Build strong relationships with managers and franchise leadership to share best practices.
