Job summary

Self Opportunity, Inc. seeks an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to coach franchisees across an assigned territory, focusing on improving sales, profitability, operational excellence, compliance, and overall restaurant performance.

You will develop business plans, analyze P&L statements, and conduct regular in-store visits to drive results and strong franchise relationships. Travel is required across a U.S. and international territory with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8+ years of relevant business experience.
• Strong restaurant operations experience, preferably QSR or franchising.
• Multi-unit leadership, coaching, or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach franchisees on restaurant operations, sales, profitability, and team development.
• Develop business plans based on operational and financial goals.
• Analyze P&L statements and business performance to identify opportunities.
• Conduct regular franchisee meetings and in-store visits.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales, guest experience, labor, and profitability.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards, franchise agreements, and health regulations.
• Partner with compliance and corporate teams to address operational issues.
• Support new restaurant openings, transfers, training, and final inspections.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation of franchisee interactions.
• Communicate company updates, initiatives, and operational changes to franchisees.
