Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on restaurant operations experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, or related industry.
• Demonstrated experience operating restaurants and leading teams across multiple roles and levels.
• Strong understanding of 4-wall operations including food execution, labor, service, cleanliness, safety, and shift-level accountability.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and develop restaurant leaders through direct engagement and field presence.
• Strong root-cause problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a 4-wall restaurant operations expert, partnering with franchisees and restaurant leadership to improve in-restaurant execution and performance.
• Coach restaurant leaders and above-restaurant teams on processes, procedures, and execution fundamentals to drive improvements.
• Provide hands-on coaching in food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team execution.
• Lead or support workshops, bootcamps, and in-restaurant training to build operational capability and accountability.
• Identify execution gaps, advise corrective actions, and reinforce proven operational practices in line with Pizza Hut standards.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance and develop actionable improvement plans with franchisees.
