Job summary

Round Table Pizza in the United States seeks an experienced field operations leader to manage franchise performance across a multi-state territory. You will ensure adherence to brand standards, conduct annual reviews, and coach franchisees toward improved profitability and guest experience.

The role requires strong P&L acumen, QA/food safety knowledge, and up to 80% travel to visit stores, support launches, and drive growth. Greater Bay Area presence preferred; Exempt full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in business or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory franchise management or District level multi-unit operations experience.
• Strong working knowledge of P&L statements, inventory and cash control, customer service procedures, and QA/Food safety standards.
• Proficient understanding of MS Office Suite and supporting hardware.
• ServSafe Certified
• Up to 80% travel, with a valid credit card and reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with our franchisees/KOP/Restaurant General Managers within your designated territory.
• Ensure franchisees/operations teams follow brand standards and complete annual OER with action plans.
• Lead field/in-store training during promo rollouts for successful launches and post-launch follow-up.
• Visit every store in your territory a minimum of four documented times per year.
• Lead annual P&L collection and schedule performance reviews with franchisees.
• Drive new store growth through expandable franchisees and mitigate closures via transfers.
• Support operational testing and programs in marketing, technology, and operations; provide feedback.
• Provide opening assistance for all new franchisees and transfers.
