Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to take hands-on responsibility for daily operations, working with Assistant and Shift Managers to drive guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance.

You will lead hiring and training, oversee cash, inventory and labor policies, resolve issues, and take an entrepreneurial ownership mindset while ensuring payroll accuracy and safe, welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proven track record with P&L accountability and cost controls.
• Experience in staff hiring, training and development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff complete duties and serve safe, quality food with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain a safe workplace for staff and guests.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Take ownership mindset in managing the restaurant and communicating payroll needs.
