Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the franchisee construction program and strategic growth initiatives. The role requires coordinating with architects, general contractors, engineers, and vendors while ensuring brand standards across projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of QSR construction management experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. This position is on-site in Atlanta, GA with opportunities to influence cost efficiency and project timelines.

This position will need a self-starter with the ability to flex into corporate-led development as well as remodels. Innovation around these programs, processes, and initiatives is critical for success in this role. Key components to this position include the ability to multi-task, implement efficient building practices, oversee project timing and contractor quality of work, and coordinate communications between GC’s, architects, designers, engineers, and leadership. Leadership is required in all phases of development for franchisee growth, including building plan review, construction site visits, and communication with architects, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
