Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR, retail, or franchised environments.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business results across multiple locations.
• Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L drivers and ROI-based decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own performance outcomes across the assigned market, including sales growth, profitability, and operational standards
• Ensure franchisee actions align with enterprise priorities
• Identify systemic risks and opportunities early and take decisive action to protect and grow the business
• Partner cross-functionally to remove barriers and accelerate results across the system
• Drive fact-based, direct conversations that challenge assumptions and reset expectations where needed
• Influence decision-making without authority; hold franchisees accountable to commitments and standards
• Address underperformance with urgency and clarity—no deferral of difficult conversations
• Establish credibility through strong business acumen and consistent follow-through
