Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience in franchise operations or a comparable leadership role.
• Experience improving business performance through accountability or operational leadership.
• Confidence in holding others accountable and leading conversations.

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to evaluate business performance and operational execution.
• Conduct franchise performance reviews and compliance assessments.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training for franchise owners.
