Subway in St. George, Utah is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of restaurants in the assigned territory. You will partner with franchisees to drive profitability, sales growth, and brand standards.

This field-based role requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coach operators. Frequent travel and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within the territory, with occasional evenings/weekends.
• High school diploma and undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in multi-unit QSR, fast casual, foodservice, hospitality, or related leadership.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L, sales trends, costs, margins.
• Proven ability to lead and coach operators and franchisees.
• Ability to translate data and field observations into action plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently in field and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel and franchise systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory of franchise restaurants and partner with franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvements.
• Create action plans to improve sales, profitability, and guest experience.
• Conduct regular visits to assess operations, food safety, and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing initiatives, and improvements.
• Support new openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success.
