Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio in St. George, UT. This field-based role focuses on profitability, brand execution, and guest experience through coaching and data-driven support.

You will travel 80-90% in the territory, partner with franchisees, review performance data, and develop action plans. A Business/Hospitality degree and 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service or related leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 80-90% within the territory (evenings/weekends as needed).
• Degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in multi-unit QSR/foodservice or related leadership.
• Strong business acumen including P&L, sales trends and margin improvement.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence operators and franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants as a trusted business partner.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvements.
• Partner with franchisees to implement action plans to increase sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, and brand standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, marketing, and operational changes.
• Support new openings, remodels, and ownership transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive franchisee success.
