Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to support a portfolio of restaurants in Fairfield, CT. The role is field-based with 80–90% travel, partnering with franchisees to improve sales, profitability, and brand execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service or related leadership, strong business acumen, and excellent coaching, communication, and data analysis skills. Travel 4 days/week; in-home admin day. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel ~80–90% within the territory, including evenings/weekends.
• High school diploma and an undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in multi-unit QSR, fast casual, foodservice, hospitality, or related leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen with P&L, sales trends, and margin improvement experience.
• Proven ability to coach and influence operators and franchisees to improve results.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort with franchise management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner.
• Review sales, financial, operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create action plans with franchisees to boost sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular visits to assess operations, food safety, standards, and performance.
• Coach franchisees on programs, technology tools, marketing, and operations improvements.
• Support openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
