Job summary

Goddard Systems LLC (GSL) is seeking a Franchise Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of franchise owners. You will provide financial, operational, and educational programming expertise to drive success while ensuring brand standards and high-quality family experiences across New England.

The role involves leading owners, coaching, and frequent field visits with substantial travel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in franchise consulting or multi-unit leadership, plus 3+ years

Qualifications

• 5+ years of franchise consulting, multi-unit operations leadership, business consulting or early childhood education leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing a portfolio of clients/sites and projects.
• 3+ years delivering presentations and/or training.
• Experience coaching business owners, operators, school leaders, or multi-site leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, operational data, and enrollment metrics to drive performance.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards management, compliance monitoring, and corrective action planning.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including local and overnight travel by car and air.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and educational analysis to assess portfolio opportunities and provide coaching to franchisees.
• Provide guidance to franchise owners on executing and improving business plans by analyzing financial reports and trends.
• Review P&L statements, enrollment revenue, and labor cost data with franchisees to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Share portfolio trends with field leadership to inform cross-functional improvement initiatives.
