Job summary

The Goddard Systems, LLC is seeking a Franchisee Onboarding Consultant to support new franchise awards, school openings, and ownership transfers. You will guide franchisees through onboarding milestones, licensing readiness, and brand standards to help ensure a smooth transition and accelerate early enrollment growth.

From LOI through 90 days post-opening or post-transfer, you’ll partner with franchisees to surface risks, build capabilities for premium early childhood education, and coach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in early childhood operations, franchise operations, school leadership, or multi‑unit field support.
• Strong knowledge of childcare licensing standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% for site visits and transitional support.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding roadmap with timelines and milestones.
• Guide franchisees through operational and programming readiness.
• Serve as primary contact and escalate risks.
• Coach on enrollment growth, marketing, and tours.
• Provide bi-weekly progress updates to stakeholders.
