Qualifications

• 5+ years of franchise consulting or multi-unit leadership experience.
• 3+ years managing a portfolio of clients or sites and projects.
• 3+ years delivering presentations or training.
• Experience coaching business owners, operators, or school leaders.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, enrollment data, and labor costs.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards management and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; CRM and franchise systems familiarity.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across New England.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and educational analysis to assess portfolio opportunities and set priorities.
• Provide coaching and leadership guidance to franchisees to improve performance.
• Review P&L, enrollment revenue, and labor data with franchisees to identify margins.
• Share portfolio trends with field leadership for cross-functional improvements.
