Job summary

Hardee’s is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations across a geographic region, driving growth, sales and profitability. The role partners with executive teams to shape brand strategies and ensures execution of initiatives through milestones and metrics.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple priorities, travel to restaurants up to 50% of the time, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR to strengthen relationships with franchise

Qualifications

• Must manage multiple priorities and provide insights to strengthen brand.
• Must be able to travel to restaurants and interact with executive team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with restaurant operations concepts, practices and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/directions simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to field and franchise leadership through clear expectations and follow-up.
• Implements plans, tracks milestones and metrics for initiatives.
• Maintains frequent communication with franchise partners and follows up.
• Leads execution of strategic initiatives and monitors results for adjustments.
• Develops strategy to grow revenue and profitability.
• Supports operational processes to meet customer needs.
• Leads presentations, negotiations and meetings with executive team.
• Collaborates with the executive team to develop brand strategies.
