Job summary

Hardee’s is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations to oversee franchise restaurant operations across a geographic region, driving growth and profitability while shaping brand strategies. The role involves leading the field and franchise leadership team, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring milestones and metrics are met.

You will build strong relationships with franchise partners, implement strategic initiatives, and work with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR to grow long-term

Qualifications

• Expertise in managing multiple priorities concurrently to provide insights that drive the brand.
• Ability to drive to restaurants and interact with executive team, and work in an office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with a variety of restaurant operations concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/directions simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to implement process improvements.
• High level of confidentiality and strong work ethics.
• Proven track record collaborating with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Coordinate efforts and ensure follow-up on initiatives.
• Oversee milestones and metrics in executing strategic plans.
• Build relationships with franchise partners through regular communication and tracking.
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor results for adjustments.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Support operational processes to meet customer needs.
• Lead and participate in presentations, negotiations, and executive meetings.
• Collaborate with the executive team on brand strategies.
