Job summary

IRB USA Inspire Resources is seeking a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of Franchisees. The successful candidate will collaborate with Franchisees to achieve operational and business performance goals, ensuring compliance and growth within their networks.

This role requires strong supervisory experience, exceptional communication skills, and a thorough understanding of restaurant operations. Travel to consult with franchisees is necessary to support business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED, preferred four‑year bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of supervisory management or district‑level multi‑unit operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
• Ability to use data for informed decision-making.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operational goals for franchisees as set by regional leadership.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes.
• Develop coaching plans and conduct regular check‑ins.
• Support franchisee remodeling and new construction processes.
• Participate in updates for operations initiatives and marketing rollouts.
