Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Franchise Operations Manager to guide franchisees across the Phoenix region. You will optimize revenue, enforce brand standards, and lead quarterly business planning with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and strategic growth while managing multiple units. Travel to sites will be required to support franchisees and ensure profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, or related field.
• Strong organization, workload management, and attention to detail.
• Experience with multi-unit operations preferred/expected.
• Understanding franchise structures, products, services, and profitability impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes revenue by collaborating with franchisees to develop quarterly/annual business plans
• Conducts quarterly store evaluations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
• Builds relationships, provides training, coaching, and communication to franchisees to enhance customer experience and drive growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Restaurant or Retail Operations, Franchising, Business Consulting, or a related field

• Experience with multi-unit operations - highly preferred/expected
• Understands franchise structures and relationships, franchise products and services, and their impact on corporate profitability
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Maintains and applies a broad understanding of financial management principles
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
