Job summary

Slim Chickens is seeking a Franchise Operations Coach to serve as the primary restaurant-level coaching resource within the field operations team. You will drive operational excellence, brand standards, and restaurant capability development across an assigned portfolio of approximately 50 restaurants.

Regular structured visits, improvement plans, and reporting are core aspects. You will travel extensively within the sub-region, partner with franchisee operators, and provide candid coaching to

Qualifications

• Extensive sub-regional travel with regular driving and periodic overnight stays required.
• Strong observational and coaching ability to address operational gaps at the unit level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to deliver actionable improvement plans.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio (≈50 restaurants) with follow-through and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured operations visits (4-8 hours each) to assigned restaurants on the approved cadence.
• Assess BOH operations, FOH hospitality, food quality, food safety, and brand standards during visits.
• Develop and deliver written improvement plans with priorities and timelines.
• Track visit scores and progress; flag at-risk locations.
• Identify recurring operational patterns and surface systemic recommendations.
• Validate new menu items, LTOs, and brand initiatives at restaurant level.
• Document visit observations, scores, action items, and follow-up outcomes.
