Job summary

Slim Chickens is seeking an experienced Franchise Operation Coach to serve as the primary field coaching resource across an assigned portfolio. You will drive operational excellence, ensure brand standards, and develop restaurant capability through structured visits, improvement plans, and ongoing coaching with GMs and franchisees.

Expect frequent travel within the sub-region, including overnight stays. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage 50

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years in restaurant operations, multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and people-development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured visits to assigned restaurants on cadence (4–8 hours).
• Develop and deliver written improvement plans with priorities and timelines.
• Track visit scores and report progress weekly to Field Business Leader.
• Identify operational patterns and surface systemic recommendations.
• Validate new menu items and brand programs at restaurant level.
• Document all observations and actions in the field tracking platform.
• Support new openings with pre-opening walkthroughs and training support.
• Provide candid coaching to GMs, operators, and franchisee principals.
